Over 40’s 7V7 Division Rules- MWSL and FIFA rules for general play shall apply
- A match shall consist of two 30-minute halves with a 5-minute half time
- Participants must wear visible numbers on their uniforms with no two identical numbers on the team. Full set of Pinnies is accepted
- Each goalkeeper wears colours distinctive from the other participants
- Unlimited ‘subbing on the fly’ only from the team bench area.
- No slide tackling.
- No punting or dropkicking by the goalkeeper. Goalie can throw or place on the ground and kick it, but the ball is live at the time of placement. Punting/dropkicking offence restarted by an indirect free kick on the 12-yard line.
- No offside rule
- ID cards and Duplicate team (2) rosters from the website are required for each game.
- Field size - half field
- No Inter club transfers or affiliation permits allowed
- MWSL default rules apply
- MWSL Discipline rules apply
